Q: How long does the process take?

A: Most tiles ship within 3-5 business days after receiving your order (longer during holidays).

Q: How do I get my images to you?

A: During the order process you can easily upload your photo(s) to us. NOTE: We have a limit of 10 images per order for uploads. Anything larger than these please contact us.

Q: What photo formats do you accept?

A: We accept JPEG and PNG formats.

Q: How do I get the best results from my image I send you?

A: When choosing a photograph please keep in mind that a good photograph will produce a good photo tile and a bad photograph will produce a bad photo tile. To have optimal quality the original image should have a 300ppi (pixels per inch) resolution. If the file size is approximately one megabytes (1MB) it should reproduce fine. Images from the internet are low resolution and will be blurry or distorted. Images will be edited to fit the size tile(s) ordered. Maximum file size for uploading is 5MB. Do not use photos with watermarks or text in them. Often part of the text has to be cut off to fit the tile. We are not responsible if these instructions are not followed by the customer. Tiles with 50% or more black are subject to a 20% surcharge. Email us prior to ordering if you do not understand this.

Q: What size tile will my photo fit?

A: The dotted frame within the pictures below represent a 6"x 6" tile. The image on the left will work fine on a 6"x 6" tile but not the image on the right. That should be done on a 6"x 8" tile. Use these representations as an example of the proper size tile to order to accommodate your picture. Our image viewer on our website only shows the photo you uploaded not how it fits the tile you are ordering.

Q: How do I use a coupon?

A: After adding items to your shopping cart, enter your code in the box 'coupon code' then click the 'submit coupon code' button.

Here is how we stand behind our customers: We will never misuse any information you provide us. You have no credit card risk we do not store your credit card information on our server. Our shopping cart is secure. We use state-of-the-art GeoTrustSSL encryption and identity verification. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Q: What are Bonus Points?

A: Bonus points accumulate after each purchase is completed. Go to 'my account' then 'bonuses' here you can convert your bonus points to gift certificates for yourself or friends. You must create an account to use bonus points.

Q: How do I maintain the tiles?

A: Tiles can be cleaned with any non-abrasive cleaner and soft cloth otherwise they are susceptible to surface scratches. Coated tiles reproduce vivid colors and should only be used for framed art or as decorative pieces. For special applications, please contact us. We have many tile types to choose from depending on your application. 

Q: Can the tiles be used outdoors or on the floor?

A: We don't recommend tiles be exposed to heavy direct sunlight. UV testing done has shown some fade after 2 years. You can spray clear coat on the tiles for added protection against sun exposure, likewise we do not recommend you use your tiles on the floor, (except our glass tiles) they are not made to withstand the weight.

Q: What are your shipping methods?

A: Various shipping methods are available. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be adjusted. Our free shipping policy is based on prepaid orders over $50 in product that are being shipped via ground within the continental U.S. All orders under $50 are charged a flat $6.95 for shipment.

Q: How will your iPhone covers protect my phone?

A: Our iPhone covers are designed to protect your phone from cosmetic damage to the case. We make no claims regarding protection of your electronic device such as functionally withstanding significant drops or resistance from water.
